TRISTEN MUNDT, D.C.

Tristen was born and raised in Yorkton, SK where he was avidly involved in sports. With much of his adolescent years spent in the rink playing hockey and on the water wakeboarding and surfing, Tristen was no stranger to sports injuries. It was through sustaining common sports injuries that led him to seek out Chiropractic care in his youth where he quickly realized it's benefits. After Tristen hung up his skates competitively, he needed to fill the athletic void and found CrossFit. Through CrossFit, Tristen gained an interest in movement which ultimately led him to seek out a career in Chiropractic.

Tristen earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota where he learned to incorporate his interests in Athletic Care, Mobility, Rehabilitation, and Strength and Conditioning into his approach to Chiropractic care.

Tristen believes that lifelong physical activity is key to living a healthy lifestyle. It's because of this, he spends his time at CrossFit Novus coaching and personal training. When he isn’t at the gym, Tristen can be found on the golf course, at the lake, in the rink playing hockey, or cheering on the Yorkton Terriers and Maulers as their Team Chiropractor.
